Pick Your Own Apples at Apple Castle!

Start a family tradition at Apple Castle with Pick Your Own Apples! Experience the joy of apple picking from start to finish. Start with the scent of apples in the air, and scan the panorama of color in the trees. Then experience the thrill of the snap of a stem popping off the branch, the weight of the apple in your hand and the exhilaration of biting into a sweet bundle of juiciness right off the tree. 

Please be mindful that we are a non-smoking farm and pets are not allowed in the orchard. Closed toe shoes are recommended.

Parking Directions

October 26 we will be picking in our Bleakhouse Orchard.  It is located just north of Apple Castle across from Poverty Point.

  • To avoid walking along Route 18, customers should drive – take a left out of our parking lot, turn right into a dirt driveway into the orchard across from Poverty Point Rd & a white brick house. There will be signs directing traffic.

How Much:

  • $12 half peck (5-6 lbs, usually 12-14 apples) Maximum two people per bag
  • $20 peck(10-12 lbs, usually 24-28 apples) Maximum five people per bag 
  • $30 ½ bushel (20-22 lbs, usually around 50 apples) 
  • *You pay at the shed in the orchard and we accept cash, check & credit

Parking Directions

Our pumpkin patch is located just south of our market, past the pavilion.  You can park in the back of our normal parking lot and walk out.  We will have an attendant in the patch to assist you and a few wagons to help load to your car as well.

How Much:

  • Carving, 45¢lb with a $3 minimum
  • *You pay at the shed in the orchard and we accept cash, check & credit
