Start a family tradition at Apple Castle with Pick Your Own Apples! Experience the joy of apple picking from start to finish. Start with the scent of apples in the air, and scan the panorama of color in the trees. Then experience the thrill of the snap of a stem popping off the branch, the weight of the apple in your hand and the exhilaration of biting into a sweet bundle of juiciness right off the tree.
Please be mindful that we are a non-smoking farm and pets are not allowed in the orchard. Closed toe shoes are recommended.
Due to the warm weather this season our apples are ripening weeks ahead of schedule and we have to alter our previously communicated schedule.
Saturday October 18 you will be able to pick Pink Lady, Cameo, EverCrisp, Gold Rush, Red Delicious, Yellow Delicious, Luacrisp & Sweet Zinger.
We will be picking in our Northern Orchard. You can drive by turning left out of our parking lot and taking a left into Poverty Point, follow the directions to park in the grass lot.
